GRG has acquired Chloros Environmental, one of the UK’s fastest growing hazardous waste companies. Chloros provides services for hazardous waste, emergency hazardous waste removal, industrial cleaning, site clearance, total waste management, and other consultancy services.

The business has been developed by the talented management team of Richard Hurdle, Andrew Sawers and Jason Lee, and all three of the team will be continuing with the business as it embarks on its next stage of growth and development supported by GRG.

Chloros invested a seven-figure sum in their new headquarters at Hartlebury Trading Estate, Kidderminster in 2019, creating one of the best-in-class hazardous waste transfer stations in the UK, with significant room for expansion.

Chloros Environmental has been acquired by GRG Waste UK, GRG’s UK operating company. GRG Waste UK owns Greenway Environmental, with sites in the Midlands and North West, and BKP Waste and Recycling based in the South West.
