Chloros Environmental has officially been recognised as an AAT Accredited Employer, having supported several team members in achieving AAT Accreditation.
The AAT accreditation scheme recognises employers who support their finance staff with AAT training, Membership and ongoing professional development, understanding it is becoming increasingly important for organisations to achieve accredited status with a professional body.
Joanne Styles, Finance Administrator at Chloros Environmental, said: "I'm delighted that Chloros has been recognised for its strong commitment to staff training and professional development.
“As well as providing added benefits to myself and the whole finance team, the business as a whole will profit from being associated with such a credible and well-established global benchmark.
“AAT qualified staff provide the practical skills every finance team needs. They hold the knowledge and expertise required to support business growth, whilst maintaining skillset through AAT professional membership”.
AAT accreditation is an accessible global standard, which enables employers to compare their training and development against a global benchmark.
Positioned as a badge of excellence, accredited employers can use their AAT accreditation as a recruiting tool to attract a higher quality of staff with all employees required to engage in best practices for CPD development.
Chloros can now officially display the AAT accredited employer logo in recognition of its commitment to training and CPD and will now receive AAT support and resources, whilst being added to AAT's accredited employer directory.
